Steam Playtest and dedicated server: first step

The Steam Playtest page is almost ready, and the first version of the dedicated server is now working. Here is where the playtest preparation stands.

Small update on the Legends of Ater playtest preparation.

The Steam Playtest page is moving forward: the content is in place, and the main thing left is to add the visuals before it can be properly finalized.

On the multiplayer side, the first version of the Steam dedicated server is ready. The goal is to let players host their own dedicated servers, keeping the testing setup more open and useful for the next steps.

Current playtest priorities

  • Finalize the Steam Playtest page with the missing images.
  • Stabilize the first version of the dedicated server.
  • Prepare playtest access and announcements.
  • Then start collecting player feedback, especially around connection, server stability, and blocking issues.

This is not a big content reveal yet: it is mostly an important technical step to prepare testing in better conditions. We are moving step by step, and more will be shared once the Playtest page is ready.
