Short pitch

Legends of Ater is an open-world medieval fantasy action-survival RPG. You start as an ordinary adventurer and build your legend through exploration, combat, quests, gathering, gear and encounters.

Long description

In Legends of Ater, the adventure starts simply: follow a road, spot a threat or resource, fight, gather, return to a village, improve your gear, then go farther next time.

The game looks for a balance between accessible adventure, light survival and RPG progression. Villages, merchants, NPCs, factions and mysterious places should give you a real reason to explore.

Legends of Ater can be played solo, but also in private sessions with friends or small communities. The goal is to keep the adventure configurable, readable and close to player feedback.
